Open Question: Independent living for mentally ill adults....?

Ok so I have a friend who is wanting to be in a independent living/residential care home preferably in Kansas or Oklahoma. She is very high functioning just needs the structured enviorment. Preferably some place that would let her live in a little apartment && able to have some of their money && able to cook for themself. Does anyone know of any like this in either Kansas or Oklahoma.
