Resolved Question: University of South Dakota, or South Dakota State University?

Ok so with the financial crisis I may not be able to afford going to the University of Kansas (out of state tuition sucks), and am being forced to consider two closer options, the University of South Dakota, and South Dakota State University. My major is going to be journalism, and I was wondering which of those two schools have better reputations? Obviously I would go to grad school, most likely at the University of Minnesota to make up for not going to the greatest school for my four year, but any input on these two schools would be great!...
