Voting Question: My skin is irritated and then becomes bumpy...?

Ok so I'm from Boston and just moved back to Kansas (spent last school year in KS as well). Ever since I've been back, I've been getting really itchy all over. The worst part is that if I scratch any place its itchy, i get bumps all over the area that i scratched. They don't get red or anything, I just get bumps that get hard if I keep scratching them.
